About Purring
If you operate alone, you are the seller, supplier, accountant, and debt collection department all rolled into one. When a customer doesn't pay, the process isn't the problem – the rules are simple and have been for a long time. The problem is that it feels uncomfortable to ask for money you've already earned. So the invoice sits. Weeks turn into months.
Purring does two things. The free part creates a reminder or a debt collection notice with the correct deadline, fee, and wording, so you don't have to search for formulations. The subscription does the rest: you register the invoice, and we send the notices in your name on the correct day – until the customer pays, or you have a complete case for debt collection or the forliksrådet (the conciliation board).
Price
19 kroner per month, for the entire business. We've set the price to cover the service's operating costs, plus a small margin, because the target audience invoices for a few thousand kroner a month. There's no price per user, no price per invoice, and no more expensive plan hiding what you truly need. No commitment. You cancel with one click, and we don't make it difficult.
What Purring isn't
Purring is not a debt collection agency and does not conduct debt collection activities. We send notices on your behalf, in your name, and all collected funds go to your account. Once the deadline in the debt collection notice expires, you choose the next step: a debt collection agency, your own payment demand, or the forliksrådet (the conciliation board). The content on these pages is general information about the rules, not legal advice for a specific case.
Who we are
Purring is made by Pixygon in Eidsvoll, who are also behind Lønnlyst and Leiesjekk. As small business owners, we've let invoices sit too long. Questions, errors, or suggestions? Contact us at hei@pixygon.io.
